Teams: Teams should use the form below to register their teams for the respective sports. This will serve as your online registration, however a final team roster will be due to the league administrator by a certain period of time. This information will be included within the coaches packets for each sport. Team Fee is $410.00 for Softball.

Individuals: If you are an individual interested in particpating, in the Team Name field enter House team, and place your name withinin the Team Captain box. Provide your name, phone number, and email address and we will contact you and place you on a house team. Individual particpation is $40 per person.
